I know it’s wrong and I should like brown manual subaru loyale wagons but I love these things. I’ve loved them since I was a kid. They’re so well proportioned, and they look bad ass. Yes I know it’s just a big brick, but it’s a handsome brick! (Read that back, I did say brick, not the other word)

I kinda love it when my own personal biases (Hondas are excellent vehicles that require very little maintenance) are borne out by facts.

Seems like a good buy from a reputable (according to Yelp) dealer. Gen 1 Viper (not for the faint of heart) for under 30K. Looks to be well maintained and clean. I suspect you could drive it for a year or so and recoup your initial investment as long as you don’t get Mustang happy and prang it into a tree, guardrail,

you also only posted 1 picture

I will make it my goal in life to fuck with AI cars. In my 68 F100 I will brake at random in front of them, slow to 45mph in a 70mph zone, signal right and go left, tailgate a foot off their rear bumper, wander in to their lane, drop a 4x4 in front of them etc. You know like it is now. Can you imagine some self

She’s doing Barbara Gordon cosplay, too.

Sure, you think you need that Traverse but really you do not. Cannot you see that everyone else knows better than you what you need? So silly...

Nothing is wrong with liking trucks. My family has always had a truck of sorts present in our driveways. LUVs, S-10s, Rangers, C10s, K1500s, F150s, K5s, etc. I too cannot understand the hatred in Jalopnik comments for those who own trucks because they happen to like trucks.

Bull crap. We had an Izusu pickup, 1995 2.3 liter 4-cylinder RWD short-bed that managed 21 MPG on the highway. Our current truck is a 2013 F150, 5.0 liter V8 and it regularly hits 20 MPG on the highway.

Fuel efficiency is not relative in that sense. Buying a $30,000+ vehicle that achieves 20 MPG, which functions as you require, or need, or want may be vastly different than buying a $30,000+ vehicle that achieves 40 MPG that does not meet your needs, wants or requirements.

Flawed logic is much too prevalent on discussions boards.

Thank you! Few folks ever buy what they need in a vehicle, most will buy what they want in a vehicle. If I am paying $30,000.00 plus for something it better be something I want, not just need.

Because buying a vehicle is ALWAYS about what you need, right?

To me it seems more like the situation with Stock Android vs CyanogenMod.

More like:

I pay for Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, HBO Now, and rhapsody. I recently sat down with a friend to go over budget stuff and he pointed out that between all of those subscription services and Internet service, I was paying close to $200 a month.

No way, man. “Southern hospitality” is real. I mean, there are douchebags in the south just like there are everywhere. But you must have worked pretty hard to find them.

If they ever find out how much I would actually pay for their service I’d be fucking doomed. People over here bitching about the price going up a dollar or two and I’m thinking to myself “fuck I’d pay $40/month if I had to...”

Those of us with young kids are asking for trouble when we watch more than 2 hours of anything after they go to bed.

Sales of trucks and SUVs were already heading up when gas prices were still high a few years ago. People don’t have that knee jerk reaction like they did in 2008, which also included a financial crisis to go with those gas prices.
