Don’t be so fucking stupid.

I’m sure this game is a blast but I can’t get over the fact that it looks like a bad parody of the MCU.

You can’t spend 10 years getting as equated with the MCU actors and then throw this at us RIGht after endgame became the biggest movie in history. It’s just looks so...offbrand. 

SHIELD’s been pretty good for avoiding wheel spinning and idiot plots.

When did they make fun of a classic costume in the MCU? Iron Man making fun of Thor’s cape? That was spot on good guys fight each other before fighting the real baddie.

I get this from some properties but I never got that vibe from the MCU. It eased into the superhero wackyness over a few movies and they do have a habit of showing actors pretty faces(it’s what they are paying for after all) but I never thought they hated what the genre was.

I chock up the black site prison to the fact that the reverse Flash was acting as everyone’s mentor secretly and manipulating them to think it was a good idea

Like any good person I don’t want Disney to win every time, but this isn’t good. The Marvel Spiderman movies were good, the Sony Spiderman movies were bad. Seems dumb to celebrate more of the latter and fewer of the former, even if it does stick it to Disney. 

I’m frankly irritated about this because I felt this was the first time anyone has ever gotten the property right. And I’m including the Raimi movies in that. Imagine the Spider-Man we have now, but thrown into the template that created something like Venom, or Men in Black International.

At last, Venom (by giving SONY a live action comic book hit of its very own) has defeated Spider-Man (by convincing SONY that it, like, totally knows how to do this Spider-Man thing now, despite all past evidence to the contrary, thus ensuring a return to the kind of crap we were getting before, Spider-Mans 1 and 2…

Well this seems stupid and short sighted given all the world building FFH just set up. 

So while Farouk changed David, David changed Farouk? I guess. I’ll have to ponder that for a bit.
