Vir should have kept his mouth shut in front of Londo. He could have let the Command Staff know the truth on the side. Is he really *that* much a babe-in-the-woods after working for Londo for so long?
The overuse of the word "place" in this show has always rankled me. Every episode, until season four has used the clumsy "the name of the place…is Babylon 5!" in the opening, and it just sets my teeth on edge (I skip that now that I can). A persistent reminder of just how…clunky…the writing could be, and makes me look…
As I seemingly recall, one of the reasons Andrea Thompson left was to take a reporter gig, but it seems she took a role on JAG and then NYPD Blue, and only started her new career in television journalism later, in 2001. It didn't last long. You see her in bit parts on 24 and such.
Fun fact: Gary Cole did Office Space right after this show was cancelled, and wore the same prop "Academy" ring in the movie.
