I dislike the new layout as much now as I did the first day. The comments feel less accessible and the editorial slant seems to be less tech all of a sudden. I am done. Good bye.

I think HP would have some buying power too. Apple is not paying cash up front for hardware.

@HomerCyclopes: That must free up a lot of time that you can now use to feel superior.

Will they pay full retail for the phone or sign a two year contract?

@SBP1: Yeah it was a joke; just not a very good one. If I want to buy something it can usually be found cheaper on Amazon. If I want an Amazon product or service where do you go to get it cheaper?

I am not currently a Prime member but over the last three to four months I have probably been ordering from Amazon often enough that it makes sense.

@Emperor_was_a_jerk: I was 16 when it came out. I saw it then and thought it was good. Years later I saw it again and realized I was wrong.

Well that will prove to be short lived.

@Fossa: or ivy league professors.

@Celtic1888: Until Netflix is the monolith of online television content service and then they start putting it to us.

@Jeff Artman: I heard the president say us'n in the middle of the country is gona get the internets to.

@Oflife: Are you seriously running Adobe products on it? I have gone back and forth several times since the new Airs were released. I was going to buy one but I spend a lot of time in Aperture editing RAW files and was afraid the 4 GB limit of RAM and the processor would make this a painful experience.

@cha0tic: I am not arguing that they are made of the same hardware; that is a fact. They do have better resale value than comparable PCs though.

That was some very optimistic math.

Yeah Facebook ruined my marriage! No, wait, that was my ex-wife and I that did that.

Leave your bikes outside? I don't understand. I have three in the living room right now. Of course I am divorced too.

Giz you did this just for the reader response right? This is one of the worst ideas in the history of mankind.

@Irving94: My two cents (and that may be it's actual value) is that the chart is basically flame bait. Both Blackberry and Windows Phone should be here as well but my belief is BB is currently a huge piece of the pie that is going to shrink rapidly over the next two or three years and Windows Phone is going to grow

@Scott D. Feldstein: My DSLR was not $1,800. Never the less I think I'll stick with the remote.

and if Gina's appetite has returned next week the dumb ass who dropped his phone in the cage should be her first meal.
