Time hole. Temporal Pothole in the Highway of Causality. Chronopit. Bypass To The Future. Offramp To The Yet To Be. Chronotemporal Introitus. Time Sphincter. Clockhole. Timeshaft. Wormhole To Elsewhen.

I’d rather see Caity Lotz on camera... as Sara Lance... in more Legends... but I guess this is a decent second place.

There are two sure-fire ways to hide yourself in fiction.

...but he was wearing glasses?

Since Karen Gillan leaves the door open to more appearances as Nebula, I would guess that she just is not under contract for any more movies. I hope they bring her back though. Frankly I think not only should she be in the new Avengers lineup, she might be the best choice for team leader.

Even bald, blue, and made mostly of spare parts, Karen Gillan can get it

Considering that he was the only thing universally praised in the trilogy, I think it actually helped his career.

Looks very fun, but I’m still pissed over the idea of Vader and Obi Wan meeting between ROTS and ANH.  That should have not happened, it’s completely clear what the intent of the dialogue was in the original SW and they should respect that.

ahh because YOU don’t like it, that means everyone that does must lack taste. Yet here you are, commenting on something you don’t like, can’t be any more tasteless than that.

I wonder how his career would’ve gone had he missed out on Phantom Menace.

If Tom Clancy wrote a book today, I think everyone would be blown away by it. Mostly because he’s been dead for almost a decade

Probably because Clancy was a hack who gave surface-to-air missiles more character development than any of his actual characters.

I have an enormous crush on Michelle Yeoh and would happily watch her recite a technical manual for a microwave oven- that she’s an amazing actress is just bonus.

It’s probably time to include in all movie reviews a reference to whether it is in theatres, whether it’s streaming (and where), or both.

I saw an advance screening of it at Alamo Drafthouse and it’s just as good as the review says, if not better. Stephanie Hsu delivers a fantastic, kaleidoscopic performance. They really commit to smart, multi-layered comedy that builds and pays off too. So much live-action comedy these days is pretty lazy and quippy.

Ron Swanson as the Batman. All of his gadgets are made of wood and indestructible.

I’m not sure I’ll see this in theaters, but maybe in a future film this continuity will finally deliver the Michael-Emerson-as-the-Ventriloquist content that America has been demanding for the past 15 years.  And by “America,” I mean me, but admit it, you can totally see that, right?

(with Pattinson still potentially having some more at-bats)“

Batman is the least interesting thing about Batman. Like Wolverine, Angel, Geralt, and every other brooding tough-guy loner, the thing that makes him at all meaningful is the (non-romantic) relationships he’s thrust into almost against his will — whether with Robin and the “Bat-family” or even the Justice League. It’s
