ABC’s Emergence (which weirdly gets zero coverage from Gizmodo) has been pretty good, too.  Clancy Brown and Tolman are reliably excellent.  And I also love the guy who plays her deputy.  And Bennie.  I’ve never seen either of those actors before but I will pay attention in the future.

The Mary Sue spoiled it for me.  Not the Barrowman thing, though.  That caught me completely (and delightedly) by surprise.

Man, ABC must hate Stumptown. This is like the third time they’ve preempted for something else. And that’s in addition to the two episodes that were mislabeled in my Comcast guide. I managed to catch it the second time when I saw an hour-long block at ten pm labeled “To Be Announced”.

IMDB confirms Dennings is in it.

They could always take the Extraordinary Gentlemen route and have the humans kill them with biological warfare.

They used to have a Spanish omelet bagel that was really good.  And I always laughed at the receipt because the code for it was “SpoBag”

Bacon, egg and cheese biscuit fan here as well.  Though I usually discard the top biscuit because it’s too much bread for me.

But which came first?

The name of the game in movies these days is franchises, and Sony doesn’t have many of them. Besides the Spider-Man stable they have Men In Black, Ghostbusters, Charlie’s Angels and some animated stuff. No way they’re going to give up the only superhero stuff they have. No matter the amount of money.

Not mention of Counterpart coming to Amazon on Feb 1st?  That’s the one I’m most excited for.  I signed up for a Starz trial specifically to watch it but they don’t seem to have the rights to it anymore, which is really strange.

Probably never.

The Umbrella Academy’s Ritu Arya as Gat.

Winn got in on Diggle’s puking game last night.

Theory: All humans are actually Timelords in disguise. That would explain:

1) Why Humans look like Timelords, and

2) Why the Doctor is so reflexively protective of Earth

I’m kind of insulted that Jack couldn’t tell Graham wasn’t the doctor after that kiss.

“The people have spoken, they want to hear what my beard sounds like”

Supergirl had two Winns tonight and they didn’t seem to have much trouble.  And how many Brainys did we have last week?

And all that assumes the future has some sort of technology that can identify trolling 100% of the time.

So all the far future knows about Leviathan is like five lousy pictures?

Well at least Lex now knows Martine/Karen Wheeler is involved.

So how long before Alice is impersonating Beth?  They better mark one of them somehow so they can tell the difference.
