Yeah, I don’t know how the reviewer missed the narration at the end of the episode.

I kept expecting the Doctor to pop up during that trailer.

“Awesome. Six degrees of Satan bacon.”

You’d think after dealing with shapeshifters the boys would have a code word exchange for when one of them suspects the other is not themselves.  It took Dean an absurdly long time to realize something was truly wrong.
