One of the destinations on the dial in the electrofish was “Beaverton”, which is a town here in Oregon, Groening’s home state.

I’m guessing the drawer with various lengths of wire on the airship is also a nod to Futurama.

I recall the shotgun in Marathon was also pretty great.

The thing with Zog’s gout reminded me a lot of “King-Size Homer”.

So Elfo’s body is registering fear again.  I knew that wouldn’t take.  Once again I lament the lack of consistency in his character.

Why did the elves stay in Dreamland?

How many knives does Elfo carry? One minute he’s carrying a serrated blade with a cutout section in the middle, the next he’s got what looks like a kukri. Or are we to believe that this is some sort of *snort* “magic” knife? And if he’s carrying two why didn’t he give one…

Elfo’s blood rage was this half of the season’s high point for me so far.

The elf area also had one that said “Shoes curled while you wait”

If they were really hardcore they’d do it with knives.  Or running chainsaws.

Melania Oona is probably my favorite character on this show.
