When they kill Murphy, they cut the end where you see brain matter heading towards the camera. When ed209 kills the office guy, it keeps going for much longer. There may be others but they are the main cuts.

Robocop is so extreme it's funny. The uncut version I first had as a Criterion DVD was superb compared to the cinematic release.
