Being a Norwich, CT resident, that post office would never be a starbucks. There isn't enough of a need in that part of the city. That would probably serve better as a police station as our current station lies in an inconvenient location outside the downtown.

I'll throw my vote in for Boston's Central Artery Tunnel / Big Dig.  It's crazy trying to navigate in there to get to the proper exit at times, but it's got lovely curves!! (and who doesn't like lovely curves?)
