I'll throw my vote in for Boston's Central Artery Tunnel / Big Dig.  It's crazy trying to navigate in there to get to the proper exit at times, but it's got lovely curves!! (and who doesn't like lovely curves?)

Isn't that more like just a showcase for the monolithic to display different arrangements of their buildings? When you look at the buildings themselves on their own, they'r pretty outstanding, being very energy efficient and capable of withstanding mother nature's worst.
