It's good, but it's not great. I mean, I know Fury took the eye patch off at the end of Winter Soldier, but those look nothing like the sunglasses he put on.

Brave New World should not only be here, but be in the top 5 or so.

The recency bias on this list is pretty notable. Particularly since it's meant to be "influential" books. How can you honestly judge the lasting influence on a genre of something only a few years old?

I'm sad Brave New World and Ender's Game didn't make it on the list but Hunger Games did.

I know!!!!

The fact that Hunger Games made the least but both The Giver and The Phantom Tollbooth were left out makes me really question the legitimacy of the criteria it takes to make it to the list...AND WHAT ABOUT ENDER'S GAME?! Come on, man...

yeah. I get that it changes the economics of current publishing and marketing, but it doesn't change Sci-Fi Forever in the same terms as the other examples.

I'm officially declaring this weekend as "NICKELODEON CAN SUCK MY BALLS" weekend...

You're doing good work by revealing the trailer's duplicity.

But I maintain that anyone who sees a Brett Ratner film deserves what they get.

To be fair, Pacific Rim delivered what it promised: Giant robots punching giant monsters.

I think we've been Comic-conned.

So...no open channel this afternoon?

Oh my god! You killed Korra! YOU BASTARDS!

Dearest Nickelodeon:

I know it's just rumors and such, but I do love the idea of the initial plot being kicked off by "Luke Skywalker is missing. We need to find him." It's clever, interesting, and hints at something being wrong before the film even starts. And Hamill with beard is pretty sweet.

Nickelodeon you are the worst! I used to think you were cool back in the day. With your fun live action, Salute Your Shorts/Are You Afraid of the Dark/Etc, and cartoon shows. You are on notice. Water Tribe, out.

"Maybe I'm missing the point of the article. But I don't think that ESPN is sinking, I think it is rising faster than ever."

If you enjoy First Take I dont expect you to see the point on anything.

"Bayless and Smith are such great orators that it is actually entertaining just watching them, no matter what they are saying. "
