Not sure what us progressives have to gain by being overly aggressive towards potential allies because they belong to a certain tax bracket. But hey, let’s knock ourselves out with our resentment and see where it gets us.

Would you prefer it if the rich man didn’t give a shit about the poor man’s struggle? No? Then maybe stop trying to undermine him.
The concept of a shadow government is ludicrous, has no basis in fact and is a power fantasy trope that the right wing uses to recruit uneducted or young people that don’t have a good background in factual analysis or verification of information, science etc.
You’re making the mistaken assumption of assuming all conspiracy theories are created equal. There is a big difference behind “Mole people live in the center of the earth,” and “Any grass-roots movement demanding equality is a front for a secret cabal of (((Leaders))) with the end goal of enslaving mankind.”
There’s a…
just a little side comment, opening an action game with at this pace (a literal crawl) kind of infuriates me. it really turned me off from the game in general. had a sour taste in my mouth from start, and the game never really pulled me over the hump into really loving it like the new order. game felt more like a…
All of this is sensible, but that title is terrible. Game delays don’t cause more crunch, companies abusing game delays cause more crunch. Context matters, and this way of phrasing it encourages people to think “Damned if you do, damned if you don’t” when the truth is : Game delays are generally a good thing, but…
Jason wants you all to know that its unfair to devs to stick to demanding deadlines.
As someone working in the film industry, I personally loooovvvee crunch. That’s when I make enough money to take four months off per year, should I choose to do so.
Absolutely incredible game that came out of nowhere.
Indeed... It’s unclear why Luke keeps trying to pin the blame of the game’s cancellation on “Corporate Mismanagement”, with literally no mention of how it was mismanaged or how that caused the games cancellation in either article.

Earlier this spring, Capcom opened a Monster Hunter bar. Please don’t touch stuff in it, okay?
her supporters just didn’t vote in the right states
Sounds bit like the feeling I had while playing Abzu. By all means, a beautiful game, but I couldn’t help but feel like it was a diet version of Journey. It was made by one of Journey’s developers, so it wasn’t unexpected, but the whole time I felt like the game wanted me to be more emotionally invested than I was.…
Its like strapping a Go Pro on each football player and only watching those vid feeds 90% of the game. Hard to understand what is going on. Plus then you have 2 to 3 people screaming in your ear the whole time too.
The problem is that FPS’s suck to watch. They are jerky, the view is extremely limited, and they are very fast-paced.
Wow. So first, this looks awesome for an “8-bit” game, but I JUST finished animating a modern 2D ZS Samus yesterday:
Oh, yeah, I’m almost certain there was some inspiration from Monster World IV, particularly in the second Shantae game (Risky’s Revenge). Gameplay-wise, Risky’s Revenge is like an homage to Monster World IV, in much the way GBC Shantae was like an homage to Castlevania II (seriously!).
True story.
