One must accept that gossiping is human nature and part of office politics. It’s not possible to abstain 100% from gossip.

Ok, so here’s my issue with patience. I have a co-worker who is, to put it lightly, a go-getter. She will yell at other co-workers who in her view are slow and impeding her sales quotas. Because she yells and berates them often, they will give her priority over other salespeople to avoid her.
