Big +1 from me. I think if you’re going to get yourself a first bike or car you should learn how to change spark plugs, oil, oil filter, fuel filter, brake pads, tire valves/ check tire pressure and so on. Like basic maintenance stuff. My Dad never learnt how to use the most basic of tools so when I was old enough to

I don’t mean to hate. Its a beautiful ride and I am glad you enjoy it. Maybe I am a little jealous. hehe

Right there with you!

I think someone on Bimmerpost pulled it off, but at great personal, financial, and spiritual cost.

Right on! Here’s mine (hat tip to Tom). Pricey for a wagon, like you said, but goddamn if I don't love her to absolute pieces.

You’ve picked a winner there, my man. Both in terms of car and spouse!

Had E91 M Sport. Now rocking F31 M sport as wife car. Both got/get so many looks. F SUVs my needs are cat like handling. Not fake utility.

I wish I could bring myself to buy another BMW because this car is beautiful.

Oh my god that car is gorgeous in that color.

Your wifey is definitely wifey material.

These are fantastic (diesel too!).

My sedan is spec’d the same. Wife wouldn't let me get the wagon :(

Well, that M-Sport package didn’t help the price aspect ;) But sweet ride!

Very nice, like the de-chromed look. I don’t usually give BMW newer than the E46 a second look but that’s a great color that some how takes me back to the 80’s.

That is a gorgeous car. Nice work.

That is a fantastic color. Thank you for aiding the cause!

That’s purdy. At least they let you have it in a nice color and sport package, which is more than they did for the previous gen.

99 M3 owner here! Came to essentially say the same thing. I’ve had mine for about a year and kept it OEM plus with modifications. It really is a fantastic all around car. It’s not the best at any one thing, but it does everything better than any car I’ve ever had. Mine wasn’t “cheap,” but it was also a 1 owner car

I basically wrote the same thing only you worded it better. I really do miss my e36 m3.

It depends on the use case. I ran my e92 for 5 years and really didn’t want to risk it outside the extended warranty. I use my m4 for everything including the daily commute. Where this car really shines is in its ability to hold a dual nature. In its softest, most dialed back mode it’s so much more comfortable,
