What if a person who was undereducated about the effects of alcohol got wasted and beat the shit out of someone you love without really realizing it, and felt bad about it afterward? Would you use that as a teachable moment and help them grow as a person?

You'd think they'd at least wait a few days after losing 30-7 to reinstate him. Making this move the very next day after such a huge loss plainly telegraphs their intentions. I mean, they could have said this on Tuesday or Wednesday or something and it would have at least looked a little less obvious than it does now.
