Radio sucks and nobody buys CDs anymore so some sort of iPod integration is an absolute must have.
Bluetooth/Aux integration, because not everyone is a member of the Cult of Apple*
:-P
I can already see by the wave of displeasure in the comments, the WTF look across my face is being repeated around the world.
To this day I've never touched Bluetooth anything, I've always associated it with douches talking loudly to themselves in public. As for using it in cars, I guess it's the lesser of evils, but it's probably better to ignore your phone and drive.
I'm sure they do all that too, but the 'Ring is just another place to make sure it handles well on the road. You might be a bit right with the show part, but I don't really see any negativity coming from it.
My son and daughter, 9 and 5 respectively, have helped and/or watched me change oil multiple times, rotate tires, replace brake discs and pads, replace a caliper, bleed brakes, replace a swaybar, replace swaybar links, drain and fill a rear differential, tear apart the top of an engine to do a valve adjustment, and…
And what's this horseshit about this being an exclusively father son ritual? My 3-year daughter old sits on the garage floor and watches me work on my car all the time. Granted, she's usually calling me Prince Hans and filling me full of imaginary arrows from her official Brave archery set, but still. By the time…
Let me be up front and say that I actually like listening to All Things Considered. What I'm less crazy about…
I'm still waiting for the hell...
750,000 miles seems impressive, until you divide it out and see that each test mule did on average 4143 miles.. which means that on average, they didn't make it too the first oil change..
Is all this testing really necessary to ensure white moms can make it to the supermarket?
None of those are Fiats.
While your TomTom/iPhone/whatever else you use for a navigation system is great, an actual map will help you out when you're lost and without signal on your fancy GPS. Pairs well with a compass.
Shhhh! Don't mention The War! I might have mentioned it once, but I think I got away with it.
no oil change?
You missed a big one. Packing 2-3 gallons of distilled water. Two major reasons. One you have coolant loss for whatever reason, if the leak is not too bad you could limp it to civilization. Two if you're really stranded and on foot you now have water and that could really save your bacon, especially if you decided…
when you're lost and without signal on your fancy GPS
If you do that, it compresses distance and makes the shot look weird. It's all about perspective. If you shoot from far away and zoom in, you're shooting a very narrow angle. If you shoot from closer and use a wider lens, you get a totally different scene. To a layman who hasn't thought about it much, it would seem…
So Android features ... got it!
