Right? I feel like that was a good indicator. He must be alright.

Why is there a promo shot of it poised to run over an infant?

Agreed.

Which of his stats are way off?

Dan Snyder supports the stadium staying as it is. He states that he has spoken with many bird leaders, and they're fine with it. He's also started an "Original Birds Foundation," which gives money to birds if they shut up about the glass. He's hired a bird that writes a blog to promote keeping the glass.

The Department of Redundancy Department.

I've seen most of his movies and read most of his books. I'm guessing you haven't.

Like I said, I'm not an expert in the economics of film distribution. I just figure that if his net worth is less than half the gross of only one of his films - more than half of the money is going to others.

There's a scene in Sicko, I think it is, where he interviews a Canadian surgeon (i.e., under socialized medicine) and discovers that he makes (less than some American doctors, but) a couple million, has two homes, and does very well.

I don't know that he doesn't give. And while there are many who do give, there are also many who exploit.

That's interesting information. I don't know him, and I won't defend him till the end of the earth or anything - I just dig some of his work. I'd like to see him resume a more humble lifestyle after this (and/or maybe develop some charity or planned giving program), but like you say, we'll have to see. Though, writing

Maybe someone's brought it up already - but isn't that introducing more risk? A strong wind could blow one of those posts over and scratch the car.

And "This is Spinal Tap" is a mockumentary. Moore's works are documentaries that you don't agree with.

That's fair. I used that term out of habit - I'm a Cognitive Neuroscientist. His books, while you're right, aren't peer reviewed - do at least contain a references list of published, often peer-reviewed sources (i.e., Newspaper articles aren't peer-reviewed, for example).
