I can see the Inquisitor using the Jedi Archives to look into Depa Billaba's Padawans, and putting two and two together that Kanan is Caleb Dume. It would also be totally in character for him to use that and other info - perhaps about Billaba's death, or Kanan's family - to mess with him further.

I was wondering that about Trayvis and Fulcrum, too! And perhaps Trayvis is not as noble as he seems. I'll bet the Inquisitor will return to the Jedi Temple records and discover that Depa Billaba had a Padawan named Caleb Dume, and put two and two together. I can see him pulling out personal info about Caleb/Kanan the next time the two run into each other.
