I like how confident Sony sounds on the viability of the status quo as a sustainable market, and choosing to go big on it (by providing a ton of indie titles plus AAA) instead of changing the way we do things. It feel comfortable, like an old sweater.

HAHAHAHAHA OMG, this gives me flashback to playing the actual Deadliest Warrior Videogames. If this turns out anything like those, then I might actually be inclined to check this game out.

Of course, no news post about the Xbox One should come without the caveat that Microsoft has a tendency to say things and then change their minds about those things. But this is the story right now: no Kinect-free Xbox One.

This is insanity, pure beautiful insanity. A wonderful little experiment really, and I kinda look forward to seeing how many people actually unlock this achievement.

I love the people who work on Magic: The Gathering at Wizards of the Coast. For 20 years they've worked tirelessly to make the game one of the most successful TCGs of all time.

This is an insane amount of atomization.

Awww sick. I've got to get my hands on the first game now. I've heard a lot of good things about it, and the second one coming out makes me want to play it more.

So Sony seems to be repeating the strategy it did with the PS2, namely having it be a cheap alternative for people who still want to game, but can't afford anything new.

I feel that hunting the X of Games (Citizen Kane, Nirvana, Mona Lisa) is a self defeating prospect that only sets up the medium to fall short of its potential to carve out new and fascinating experiences and methods of expression.

Grim reality? Sounds like awesomely cathartic murdercation to me. Besides, who wants to play golf, when they can play Calvinball Online?

Chivalry must be caught in a super terrible ground-hog day of murder. If it's not Call of Duty, it's face book, or gays, of lesbians, or femenists, or television.

Free to play games make me kinda glad I don't have disposable income, since it would guarantee I'd blow my budget and not have any money left for essentials.

So Sid's is probably my favorite.

No Bullshit, or tapdancing around the issue, just a strait up ravaging.

I'm lucky and live in a town where I could easily grab a playset by just driving for an hour or two. Granted, I was broke when Duels 14 came out so I couldn't take advantage of that.

I actually think that "dress up" features like this one (and XCOM's) add a lot to games. While they don't really add any deep gameplay, they just seem like a great way for folks to get really involved in their characters.

Granted the Steam version is nothing but pure value because of the Scavenging Ooze promo.

I agree with this, Duels14 is the weakest installment in the series so far. I especially hate how Sealed Deck play is limited to only a couple times and you have to buy more slots in order to play more.

I'm pretty sure mobile suits always refer to the category of mech, with the Gundams being a special (usually advanced prototype) mobile suit.

Hey cool! They're recombining ground/air mech upgrades. I always liked that change. It was super duper unfair since it took Terran research categories from 6 to 4 (which is less than even the Protoss/Zerg 5), but I liked being able to transition more easily from Factory heavy to Starport heavy play.

These were spoiled earlier in the CoroCoro leack by Serrebii.

I like Mega Amphoros alot, it's like a cross between an electric penguin and the PC Gamer Master Race meme. It just looks hella cool.
