Anya's death was a blistering shocker...my wife & I totally jumped when it happened, it was so out of nowhere.

Agreed. I mean, we came within minutes of Han getting roasted, and the Ewoks were all casual about it too, so it's not like this was a big deal to them.
The Veritech is THE sci-fi mecha of all time for me. Possible even the sci-fi fighter, period...only the X-wing & TIE are as iconic in my mind.
Yup. This is probably not even a recent photo...both carriers have their decks staged the same way and you can't see any personnel or actual activity. I'm guessing that they're not going at the speed they need to launch jets.
It's still factually incorrect, so at least they're staying consistent there.
He's amazing in "Harry Brown", if you haven't seen it. It's a dark-assed revenge film but he's not this hardboiled killer like Liam Neeson in "Taken."
If I recall correctly, there was also complacency on the part of the mission planners. They kept sending the F-117s through the same patch of sky, thinking that they were getting away with not being detected.
And a decent native map/navigation app.
I think Siri's suffered from the Idiocracy-ization of the Apple user base. I expect that pre-release, the Siri users in Apple were all making smart, specific, "sample-worthy" requests and commands, and so when the phone/app went public, it was Ready For Prime Time and impressing the hell out of the blogging community.
"I spend 3 hours when I get my android and set it up the way I want and then leave it alone."
In the EU novel "Death Star," there is discussion about how the DS actually did take damage from the first planet it shattered, which was not Alderaan. So there was some experience already.
Yeah, the rest of the season has been even better. The Umbaran arc, and then the three-parter that just wrapped up last week was good. The first of that three-parter had some kick-ass references to ROTJ, in fact...until Anakin's plan went wrong.
No, think about it, if he's got brain damage in the part that handles talking, it could explain why he's so incomprehensible but when he sings, it's so much more enunciated.
That's precious.
This reads like a Stefon review from Weekend Update on SNL.
That's because the part of the brain that handles the talking is different from the part that handles the singing. I'm convinced that this explains Ozzy Osbourne.
Grown-up Lilo has got it going on.
Yeah, it's a perspective thing but it was pretty entertaining because they did all look like they were landing like Harriers.
