“Fix them up” is pretty generous, from the Zillow houses I’ve seen. The one I looked at left all kinds of exterior issues; bad roof, rotting siding, rotting decking, damage to HVAC unit, etc. I didn’t bother to go inside at that point, but the pictures in the listing made it appear that they hadn’t done anything other…
