I can't stand the word "gobs". Makes me think of big honking wet hunks of snot, in your mouth, which is doubly gross.

My mom used to make us leftover turkey sandwiches with white bread, butter on the bread (and she was not a butter spread person, so this was semi-soft but still chunky pieces of butter), and chunks of turkey. Not slices. She would tear it into smaller pieces. Might sound gross to others but it was delicious.

These roasts we’ve been getting are huge and really beefy in texture. They’re fantastic. Big slab of skin and meat and a bone. And super cheap compared to beef these days.
