I did a staycation about 5 years ago, and it was amazing! I’m a big tennis fan, and I decided to take the second week of the U.S. Open off so I could relax and watch tennis. Best vacation ever! I didn’t have to deal with traveling or spending money or figuring out any type of itinerary. I highly recommend.
