You could argue that Quicksilver is proof that men are disposable in the MCU as long as it benefits the arc of female family members. It's ridiculous to argue that though. 

So, you missed the part where Scarlet Witch beat the tar out of Thanos for five minutes, tearing his otherwise indestructible armor off his body, (I think) breaking a chunk off of his murder staff, and scaring him so much that he desperately ordered his ship to “rain fire” over the battlefield, which had the heroes…

Crazy. I’ve had the literally the exact same thought for days now. I mean, yeah the character WANTS to go out there and help other planets, but she also has to stay away from Earth for the sake of the franchise. Can you imagine how short Far From Home would end up being if Captain Marvel were still on Earth to deal…
