But that wouldn't be a "scam" like that. There's no way that the states would be "hiding it" like he was trying to. They said they lose 10-13 mil annually on scams JUST LIKE HIS. They didn't say they lose 10-13 mil with the program overall annually.

We have disqus on the Chive. The YouTube videos there pop up better, images, gifs, everything has always worked for me on Disqus. I've had it for 8 months or more I think. Has been the same.
