I live down here and the palmetto expressway is 55mph if i am not mistaken, the traffic is nuts though so most people just go 35mph. If she was doing 80 to catch up I highly doubt his speed is 90, i would assume 60-70 which is what the avg driver does on the palmetto anyways. I just follow the flow.
