I like my cars, and I like driving. I don’t enjoy the craziness of Seattle traffic or trying to find parking.. but I’m sure as hell not going to take public transit or ride around on a scooter. Once I get out of Seattle then (depending on the time of day) I’m driving and enjoying it. It’s like anything else, you take

I drive in and around Seattle all the time

Yup, Samsung makes cars for the Korean market. Korea is a unique country where a few companies make everything. LG, Samsung, Hyundai basically have a lock on goods & services: cars, trucks, escalators, elevators, banks, gas stations, you name it. Expression of wealth is very much apparent in Seoul, I can’t speak for

The first time I visited South Korea ten years ago I was blown away by the cars. Kia was the upscale brand there (maybe it’s flopped and it’s now Hyundai as the lead dog), and it was by far better than any European car in terms of styling, fit & finish. I was amazed as I was accustomed to the shitty Kia’s sold in

Fair enough, but if I lived in a city I’d still have at least one car. It’s baffling how they hire some writers that prefer every damn mode of transportation over a car. It’s a car site.

Yeah, we are. You can follow him to next job, it won’t be car related.

I welcome a new American cityscape that is absolutely full of these things and all-but devoid of cars.

Nope, because they knowingly sold cars with defective transmissions and refused to do anything about it.

Camp grounds are all closed in Washington State

everything is more expensive in Seattle

We take the Cayman for Costco runs :)

Neighbor’s dog bit my leg last week. One of the more positive things that has occurred lately..

Bought a new RF in January for the wife, three pedals natch. Fun little car, only thing you have to be aware of is the trunk space, or lack thereof. Fun car

AWS and Azure concur, so does Google Cloud and Oracle (to a much lesser degree)

The 12 year old in me can’t wait to eat at a Mongolian restaurant, color me competitive :)

I had an awful short term run with Ford, they sold me a Focus with a non-functional transmission. The they lied about it.

clearly, it was a long time ago but here’s info on it
