I have to admit, In all the years I’ve flown on planes, I don’t think I’ve ever seen misting hydraulic fluid in the cabin of a plane, but I pretty much agree with what you say.

Try making scrambled eggs in super low heat. All you do is stir them every minute or so, and after 15 minutes or so, you’ll have the best scrambled eggs ever.

I tried it for about a month. I put an 18” high coffee table on my regular desk, and used that. I found I liked the position a little more than sitting, but I’d have to walk away from my desk every 15 minutes or so because it would get uncomfortable. It’s a lot harder than one imagines.
