    All of my smoothies are homemade with fresh/flash frozen fruit. When I use strawberries, I use the whole strawberry (including the leafy tops). The only processed foods that I add to my smoothies are about a half cup of the Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt (1/2 serving= 5-6g of sugar), and Costco’s Premier Protein
