There’s this crazy new thing called YOUTUBE.

I got such a kick out of messing with my kids on this. I put it on for a while, and every ten minutes or so they’d come running screaming excitedly that they had SEEN OLAF! on the fireplace. And I’d come back like “what are you talking about? It’s just a fireplace video.”

So, did Bo-Katan forget that she didn’t have to fight anyone for the Darksaber the first time? Because if you want to make that a rule now, then no one ever defeated Sabine and she’s still the rightful owner.

I perfectly know it’s not used canonically, it’s just a metaphoric expression to describe an alleged state of balance between light and dark. You can use metaphors without being a “fanboy”.

It’s not an omission.  As pointed out already, Yaddle was in TPM, but gone by the time of AOTC.  Ahsoka was still young during the Clone Wars, so it’s hard to say if she was even around at all as a padawan during the TPM era and, even if she was, it’s likely she could never have met Yaddle.

I don’t know that we are supposed to assume Ahsoka is right not to train him. She’s a fallible character and is in no way the first and only word about who should or shouldn’t be trained. She’s just not willing to do it - Given her background and her relationship with Anakin that seems to jive. That doesn’t change

“Because Yoda sensed in him much fear/
“And Quai-Gon said, ‘Now, Listen Here!/
“Just stick it in your pointy ear!/
“I still/Will Teach/This Boy....”

And we were singin’....

Second, I take issue with her reasoning as to why she won’t train Grogoo. Anakin didn’t go bad because they trained him when he was too old.

Yaddle appears in ep 1, she doesn’t appear in ep 2 ten years later, which is set before the beginning of the clone wars, so it’s understandable Ahsoka never met her, there’s not a clear cut answer as to when or why she left the council. Would the average youngling ever meet the council? Probably not, maybe only at a

The end-credits drawings show The Child stealing what appear to be cookies, which were changed to neon-blue candy for the final episode.

If he’s a force user, they wouldn’t need the Child.

No way this season doesn’t end with baby yoda in Gideon’s hands.

i think your heart is in the right place here, but i don’t think empirically ‘reviewing a movie’ = ‘publicity’ (obviously in an overarching general sense, sure, but not in and of itself). being aware of movies that are coming out isn’t the same as saying ‘go do this’.

Let’s be honest, Disney doesn’t care about this movie and that’s ultimately why they probably just don’t want to do the work of providing review copies and really don’t care if nobody shows up to watch it.

“I guess Project: New America didn’t target the coastal elites because they’re already on board all that green stuff and universal healthcare as much for the geographical placement of the transmitter.”

I feel that it was all to set up her son as the new Fiddler. When her instrument and body are found at Courtney’s house, he’ll blame her and take up the mantle.

That seems like S2 thing after Icy dies stopping Brainy (or is killed by the heroes or such) and Jr blames Stargirl and Co.

Think that would be cool, but I get the feeling we may see the heel turn come from Icicle in the finale.

Nate was on fire in this episode — he’s always had that gear, perhaps showing it most vividly in the episode where he can inexplicably understand the grunts of the pigs that Ray and Mick got turned into, but lately he’s been mired in somewhat boring family and relationship drama. This felt like the first chance in
