@FrostyIce: That only protects the data. The fact that you're sending data to a specific site (or a SSH proxy) also gives IT information. If you want private browsing at work, bring in a laptop and connect an AirCard.

This is great news and all, but I wouldn't be surprised to see a follow-up lawsuit questioning the extent to which the LOC has authority to make that determination. It might not be a copyright issue per se, but since most software these days is a license to use and not true ownership, violating that license may give
