compared to this which sacrifices cargo space and looks IMO

This is getting closer to what im wanting as an electric car. I want an electric wagon thats affordable. If they were to just give it more of a square back allowing for more cargospace it would almost be there. would still be a bit tall for a wagon but would be close enough to get me to purchase

I understand that this is the future of cars. But I just can’t find it in me to care. That it’s faster to 60mph than a Lamborghini Countach and nobody cares makes it even worse somehow. We’ve been spoiled and desensitized by all this drama-less speed. New cars are just too good.

Now you can park your expensive yellowish-green sports car in your garage next to your cheap greenish-yellow tools.

Probably won’t do well in a crash test.

People forget that SONY has a lot of experience with batteries, high end electronics (developed its own processors) and make the best optical sensors in the world. This car shows SONY is returning to be the company that Steve Jobs wanted Apple to be like.

that’s why they’re partnering with Magna Steyr, who has a long history of contract manufacturing complete vehicles (they used to build the EU market versions of Jeeps and Chrysler minivans, for example.) I used to work for Sony in their automotive supply business; they DO know what it takes to bring a car to market,

Aside from an unfortunate, tequila-fueled incident in 2007, I’ve only been cutting my own hair since March.

Go to your nearby hair supply store (you know the one in that sketchy ass mini mall) and get you some Oster or Wahl professional clippers and Andis corded or wireless trimmers just like at the barbers. All those trimmers you see in Walmart and Target for $30 are trash. Spend the extra money for quality and durability.

Oster Classic 76.  Been using them on my kids for a decade.  Probably saved a couple thousand in haircuts.

That’s an awful lot of hate for a truck that doesn’t exist yet.

but the R1T is expected to cost somewhere north of $60,000, probably more like $75,000

That’s from the Kia Website. Easy to see why the Automotive writers rolled with it.

KIA never marketed the Stinger as a sports car. It’s a GT car, comfortable for long rides and powerful enough to be entertaining to drive.  I guess they didn’t tell all the automotive writers.

Mmmm. Yes. And the curved line above it ends in the same place in the back, giving it a wing-like shape.

This is so incredibly satisfying.

Emitting half as much as the average gas car *at worst* is not “slightly better”.

It’s a concept, but I imagine that if this ever comes to fruition, they could offer a number of different things to fit in the geartunnel. Making it modular would be an excellent way to sell expensive accessories.

@BabyJane: They should have responded like genuine supermodels and beat Janice around the head with the phone like dear old Naomi.

Do something you stupid models! Call a fucking ambulance! You're so stupid! Call a fucking ambulance!
