Outside of major metro areas it is not. Almost all “mom and pop” Italian places use the same shit, just like every suburban chinese takeout place. Sadly Olive Garden is better than a lot of them.
I tried hot sauce, jalapeno juice, and pureed jalapenos, was not impressed with any in matching that artificial cheeze food product from a ball park pump flavor. Some cayenne for a bit of heat and powdered jalapeno for flavor is the best match I’ve managed so far.
You gotta add a dash of cayenne and good dose of powdered jalapeno to get the flavor right for nachos. I only use a bit of water to dissolve the sodium citrate then evaporated milk for additional liquid.

Heres my rough process/recipe for Basil, Parmesan, Spinach, and Mushroom italian meatballs. I typically do a batch starting with 4-5lbs of meat. This is kind of a try to sneak a bit of veggies where you can into the kid’s meal recipe as well.

Yup, watches are redundant. There’s some off grid scenarios where they’re useful to help you judge distance covered etc when orienteering but outside that they serve little purpose if you have a cell phone and access to electricity to charge it. Also all jewel is stupid for men, period.
Mtg interest deduction actually isnt that huge for most families. As most families don’t have a huge MTG, as they simple can’t afford one, and with low rates should have refinanced lowering their interest payments. Now if they're in a high property tax area things become more interesting.
