i thought you were talking about the shooting incident not the arrest. As for the arrest video my guess is that they are either telling the truth and the officer didnt have it turned on or its not a good look and they destroyed it.
Although you can get a good NB for $5-10k, which better fit my fun second car price point. And NBs are prettier....
I always thought these things were cool. I can’t really explain why. With that said... I also think Fiesta ST’s are cool... And well.. for the same money I could have one of them with under 100 miles on the clock instead of 100k.
It’s basically marketing. It’s not going to be a high volume car. People will say “damn that thing is nuts, look at that!” then go buy a V6 Charger / Challenger and putt around. MAYBE an R/T and some Demon badges. The incremental cost to develop over the Hellcat can’t be too exorbitant, and it gets people talking…
