I don’t see this as a Net Neutrality issue. T-mobile is giving ME, their customer, the option to optimize my bandwidth by downgrading my mobile video. Furthermore the video provider has to agree to let me downgrade their video. If the provider or I don’t want the optimization, T-mobile doesn’t touch it.
