I found this under Settings > Change PC Settings > PC and devices > PC info on Windows 8.1

I learned this hard way ... it is very important to have your system completely up to date before you can install Windows 10. It literally took a day for all the updates to download and install. You need to keep checking until it says there are no more updates!
