Agreed that the review is a bit harsh and the Madonna dig in the headline is unnecessary click bait. The album is some of her best work to date. Gaga has talked a lot about this album being about dancing through the pain and I felt that when I first listened. This will be on repeat all summer.

I adore Stacey Abrams. She fought tooth and nail, and even though she got her position stolen, that kind of fire will get her great places that we need her to be in the future. I hope.

I don’t really like wine. Whatever makes wine tasty to people, I just don’t have it. It’s great for cooking, though, so I end up doing the ice cube thing a lot. Or the rest of the bottle goes to whoever’s come over for dinner.

I found him to be about as charismatic as a block of cedar as Superman. I did enjoy him in MI6, though. He makes a far better villain/heavy than he does a hero in my book.

Out of interest, does anyone actively dislike Cavill as Superman? Not the characterization (Snyder seems hellbent on destroying him) but Cavill as Superman.

This is weird to me, because why would so many production companies cover for a DP on a show that’s not really known for groundbreaking visuals? How hard could it be to replace a DP on a show that had its house style locked from the pilot?
