Between this and the AV Club’s take, it’s pretty clear bloggers are out of touch with the rest of us.

In recent seasons I honestly respect even the lackluster episodes of American dad just because of how hard they commit to a batshit concept.

I will mourn American Dad! whenever it goes. TBS apparently just let them go even more hog wild than before, and it’s paid off. Mostly. Not every episode’s a winner, sure, but I’m so glad it’s still around.

Cancel Culture is the 21st century version of “Politically Correct”.  Either phrase is a good signal you should avoid the giant asshole saying it.

It’s largely because these guys grew up listening to their dads and grandads joke about being bullying assholes and pulling stunts like this, and how the sheriff would give it a wink and a nod and do nothing, and it would just be a funny story to tell later.
