the leads may not be Little People, but blink and you miss it later...

This episode definitely couldn’t find its focus, and splitting its attention across 400 different threads while Morris kept nattering was annoying. Of the random interesting folks that UNIT has brought into things, Morris was not one of their best. Wesley Crusher but more annoying and less useful. In an episode

Mark Russell is seriously great. I became a fan of his with God Is Disappointed In You and his Flintstones comic is shockingly deep and heart-wrenching.

Sounds like white dudes crushed it!

Yeah...was coming here to say the same thing.  Distinctly remember seeing a clip of her speaking and the shocked reaction a few weeks ago.

The first movie was just a worse Taxi Driver, but maybe getting weird and wacky will give this one more of an identity.

On Stranger Ties is a movie about pirate apparel, while the one you’re thinking of is On Stranger Tides (Disney bought the rights from Tim Powers and neglected to use the contents of the book, which may account for the forgettable nature of the film.)

Jesus christ these people are still hung up on Sarkeesian? Is it still 2015 for them or something?

What’s going to happen if you do something brave?”

The cover by The Cardigans and Tom Jones added much more to the song, IMO.  It’s very much of its time in 1999, but I think it holds up.

really, can you name a great Rock sketch?

“You Give Love a Bad Name” is fine, but come on, the right song is right there:

More teens get breast implants than trans top surgery by a significant margin, but I’m sure Dax and the rest of his ilk aren’t concerned about that fact.
