I was highly skeptical of this before but now that I know it doesn’t have a backlit screen I’m dumbfounded this is getting any positive attention. I will be shocked if more than 10% of the people who buy this are still using it a year from now.

It really is weird they had so many really dated references in one episode.

With the conservatives allegedly boycotting Disney (I’ll believe it when I see it), I’m surprised Universal Studios hasn’t bumped up their advertising but they were already anti-Harry Potter because witchcraft.

Chuck Braverman: being voted on by your peers is everything. Comic book films and franchise movies would be nominated every year if the show was written by a network buyer, but that would be self-defeating and the Oscar would be a joke.

I was too old for Bill Nye so I never really watched his show more than a handful of times. So I was really surprised when people started deifying him a few years ago.

This episode was so bad. I’ll creat an EMP and then sing for no reason but even though I knocked all the power out the spotlight will still work. And the guards looking for Picard will be fooled by his clever disguise: a name badge?

TIL they put prosthetics on JGL in Looper. I thought they just didn’t even bother trying to make him look like Willis. Now I know they tried and failed.

Agreed. It seems very weird that these villains are just hanging out and no one really says anything about it or has hard feelings.

So many people don’t know that windows and mac have build in screen shot tools. I teach college and it amazes me how many times I get an email from a student who has taken a cell phone picture of their screen.

If they can get Geneviève Bujold and Jennifer Lien, I’m definitely in. 

Maybe if they didn’t have a million regular characters they might have more money for other things. Every time a character leaves they seem to add two more.

I’m disappointed that they keep piling more and more on. Less is more.

I was feeling it until the ship with the scifi stuff showed up. Then I was unsure. Then they said the whole world or universe or whatever was at risk. Ugh. Can’t we just have “a pirate ship encounters the Sea Devils?” That alone sounds like a cool enough story. I get tired of the whole universe/world being at risk.

I’m willing to bet that they won’t get to the Halo until the season finale.

Agreed. It was fun but it was fan service and although I liked it, I thought it was the worst of the 3 Holland Spider-Man films.
