Exactly the line of thought that went through my own head.

Some day we’ll be just as baffled that we used to put explosive devices into cars for safety as we now are that shoe stores once used unshielded X Ray machines to fit shoes.

An article that speaks of dealerships in a favorable manner, as if they’re people too? I especially like the term “Beetle-Pushers.”

I’m ok with him breaking the window, and I’m ok with them paying for it too. Some things just aren’t worth fighting over... replace the window, shake your head, and hope things start going better for the gal.

Do they all look like not-quite-ready-for-primetime fetuses?

UGH! But you can see the overspray on the driver’s door. “Painted with Dupli-Color CustomWrap” That’s not a wrap, that’s a rattle can job. No way you ever get that crap completely off.

Genesis coupe = future classic.

Looking for one of these right now. Highly desirable because Jurassic Park.

I’d just like to see the results of the year long photo scavenger hunt that no one wanted to do.

My heart just literally sank into my stomach. I can’t believe it’s already been three years, and yet I can’t picture Jalopnik without you now. Congrats on the new gig, you will be missed here. I’ve enjoyed watching you develop your craft. You have an amazing gift. Man, Cox friggen acquires everything automotive

HHHMMMMMM

Ya, things that stood out to me:

Good post. Too bad it got lost in that shitstorm of Kat going all defense attorney.

There’s not even room for the whole seat in that cab, let alone a person. The cab would have to be at least 8-10 inches longer than that for it to be feasible (like the tan or blue ones pictured below in another comment).

+1 for Warrant playing in the background

If it’s one in 100 million average for regular drivers, I feel like I can beat those odds. People notoriously think that the bad drivers are only the OTHER drivers. But if it’s one in 130 million non-drivers that will be killed by technology failure regardless of driving ability, somehow those odds still sound worse.

The mirrors piss me off. Nothing works together on this truck.
