Add sinkholes to alligators, crocodiles, and brain aneurisms for my new greatest fears.

We seriously don’t talk enough about sinkholes.

Bradley, not sure where you are in NE Ohio but there are plenty of touchless carwashes that have unlimited washes for $24 a month. I try and go every couple days in the winter, on the way home, before it goes in an above 32 degree garage for the night. The car is ceramic coated and the front end has PPF applied but it

Honorable mention: Starion. it was actually going to be the one to compete in Group B Rally I believe, but never got the chance, and the Lancer Evo took it’s place for Group A...now I want one

Cool, you can reuse that list for the “worst coupes ever made” list, just remove the ATS and Scirocco.

Like a house. But a car isn't a house. 700 per month on a car is crazy.

Ugh. This is a spectacularly shitty take.

Solstice/Sky were a bad call, dude. Just because they weren’t as great as such a high-water mark as the Miata, hardly makes them the “saddest” attempt to compete. I wouldn’t mind having a Sky right now, actually.

Now playing

This is all very lazy, just picking a few examples of how bad things were, pretty much across the board, and decreeing that it’s an example of how bad American cars were. Like, watch the review of the Sentra below - nearly as slow as the Chevette, bad handling like the LeBaron, but it’s a revolutionary FWD Japanese

There are five cars Buick should bring back. 1) GS anything, 2) Riviera, 3) Grand National, 4) RoadMaster, 5) TourX.

We are in Crossoverification now!

So I’m a delivery driver who does around 30k a year. Here’s my issue with electric cars (I drive a hybrid right now and love it.) I need about 225 miles of range every day. I actually generally need about 175 but you never know when a day is going to be busy, and you might go an extra 50 miles. I also live 25 miles

$100k was probably the down payment. This was a weeks-long paint job that somehow involved replacement and alignment of several body panels AND brand new interior trimming AND hand-painted wheels AND a post-production retrofit of the Sky View roof panels, which involved removing the roof.

Isn’t it funny how others feel the need to question your travel requirements? Is it really any of their business? Like you, I’m not buying an EV until it can get to Detroit from where I am in NoMi on one charge like my ICE vehicles do, and it doesn’t matter how many times I want or need to do it. Not to mention how a

How much electricity to charge a 100 cars over night? And that's just one hotel. In many areas there can be a bunch of hotels in the same area?  It seems unworkable

The other problem is a lot of high mileage drivers drive to places or through places with bad or no charging infrastructure. I know, I am one of them. I don’t always drive a lot but when I do it is usually a lot not a lot of time. And also, those people are usually staying at random hotel with no chargers.

Until something is affordable and can do 500km in one go *in the winter* its just impossible for me to go EV.

Hope the internet does its thing here and figures out which tow company/lot this was, then puts them on blast or makes their lives hell

“I asked them, was my truck even driveable? Was it worth me even coming to get it? ‘Cause you think when your car gets stolen, it’s crashed up, damaged, you can’t drive it. So, they were like, ‘Well, we’ll talk to you when you get here with the $463.”

I’m always a little astounded by the apparent lack of Google skills people have.
