To be understood: it’s not that your dog will 100% positively die only for eating a bit of those, but much like our own organisms, there might be varying levels of tolerance, some dogs might be allergic or intolerant to some of those, while other might live their entire lives eating those without a problem.
And I’ve known dogs who routinely got into and ate large quantities of chocolate with no ill effects. To some degree it depends on the dog, but since we know in general what tends to be bad for dogs, it’s better to be safe and not give them those things intentionally.
I used to live in an Avocado grove. (Paradise) My dog consumed 1-3 unripened avo’s a day during the harvest season...and lived to be 18 years old without a single health issue her entire life. I suppose YMMV.
