Don’t fret. You’re going to pay for the risky behavior anyway when they get bailed out. You get all the risk and none of the benefits.

As long as the gamblers don’t ask the rest of us to bail them out when the ponzi ends, I don’t care what they do. But the crash is coming and those of us who didn’t take the risks are going to get asked to bail out the “investors” and I use the green term very loosely.

By the time the cop makes the corner, the bike is already going 100mph and is half a mile away. I doubt the cop could even see the bike at that point. Light rider on a CRF - (best guess is it’s a 150R, but hard to tell) regardless of 150,250, or 450 - my bet is the next time the police saw him was after he had already

I’m pretty sure the cop was following well before the gas station. Kid wasn’t getting gas. Not in the video. And he was clearly hiding and ran as soon as the police car was pulling in. And he also has the engine off to stay quiet until the last second.

Do you think that the cop knew the rider was 13? If so- how?

Would he have died if there wasn’t a street sign? Nope. Using your children’s logic of but for causation, the street sign installer is a racist murderer!! Lock up that monster and throw away the keys! The logic is sound.

Are you saying the anytime police follow an obviously illegal vehicle they are killing the occupants? In your reality, is that the case?

    I’m a victim!!!

I think “liar” is the correct word.

Any reasonably intelligent adult (I think that excludes you) can see that the kid killed himself if he flees and crashed and died. I'm sure your a victim single too right? Always a victim.

What color is the sky in your alternate reality?

Do you know anything about motorcycles? Dirt bikes like the one he was riding are illegal on public streets. They don't have any of the marker lights or turn signals. But also they have hard rubber non DOT tires that have poor grip on asphalt. So you might...I don't know... crash.

    Punishment?

Yeah... That’s not the video they linked. He wasn’t buying gas in that video. Here’s the thing. People lie. And bloggers repeat the lies on occasion.

The kid wasn’t putting gas in during the video. He was hiding. It’s pretty obvious. And the cop was there looking for him hiding there. That’s why he watches and then starts the bike at the last second and bolts. That’s not how he would act or how the cop would act if the cop wasn’t already following him.

He was not filling his bike. I think you need to watch the video again. He never put gas in. He was hiding at the pump from the cop. The cop in the SUV was following him before the video started. That’s why he was sitting at the pump watching and then takes off as soon as the police SUV pulls slowly around the parking

There’s no dispute that the kid would be better off alive despite your attempt to frame it that way. The question is who’s fault is it and how best to stop it from happening again. Your opinion is that 13 year olds should ride dirt bikes (and I assume drive cars or any other vehicle) on public roads without any

Oh. Any police enforcement of traffic laws is killing babies? I can't argue with your logic.

The jump from police follow illegal motorcycle (at low speed and with distance on city street in the video) to they’re kid killers is a big leap.

What if the parents had rules but also told the kid that they wouldn’t ever enforce them?
