You’re using the wrong words. Polar moment is a measure of resistance to torque. SUVs having higher polar moment would inherently resist rolling over. Infinite polar moment would be impossible to roll over.

Or maybe cars are too small? Possibly we should restrict small cars from our highways like we do with pedestrians and bicycles because they are unsafe. If the two options are indeed incompatible - the car is likely the one being removed from the road given the declining number of them and the popularity of SUVs.
I didn't say it was the funniest thing. There are funnier things.
I was thinking fpace vehicle- brakes probably don't work.
Would be kinda funny if it threw the red light runner back into the same intersection to be hit again by another vehicle.
Not to mention what would have happened to the occupants of the Accord with head and shoulder height right at the SUV bumpers.
This!! SUVs are safer in the real world. I'll take empirical data over lab data every time on complex system results like this.
Haha. Very true. I bought mine on one feature - the washing machine can also dry (slowly it's just a fan). The rest I have no idea about. It washes. And occasionally it dries too.
This is my memory too. I don't recall the hardbody being very reliable or popular even among the folks who owned them. My dad had one as a runner truck for his shop. Engine seized around 60k. Replaced by warranty. But I think it ended up going to the junk yard by 100k.
The Cummins is not a good engine by most reports. Very unreliable. I'm not sure the truck underneath is the biggest problem.
This is the real problem. The Titan wasn’t and isn’t very good. If it was people would buy it. The Cummins was a major flop. It got worse mpg than the bigger more powerful hd diesels and had less power. And it's notoriously unreliable. But cost the same. It’s no surprise it didn’t sell very well.
Cops would have let the whitewalls go with a warning. Racist pigs!
Physicist here. EM radiation propogates at the same speed regardless of frequency. It’s why the frequency and wavelength have a constant relationship. The constant is velocity. This is kinda physics 101.
Yeah. And the seats lay flat so you can really get decent sleep. That’s really the key benefit. Not the food or service although they’re nice. It’s the ability to sleep. I’d be almost as happy with 3 economy seats together and a flat sleeping pad. But they won’t sell you that option. I think there’s a real potential…
Don’t forget how racist it is!
International first class is still pretty good. Domestic first class is marginally better than coach plus. Foreign coach is really varied. The Asian airlines imo are the best in every seating class. Even the really cheap seats on air Asia and China air are pretty good.
In this case no one cares. No one cared when it happened and they don't care now. Tesla is excluded from wokism.
Absolutely! This is a remarkable engineering win for modern cars. Even lower cost ones.
