Very excited. As an older person that has loved this site, it has taught me things that were unfortunately normal for my Gen X self, shouldn’t be normal. So, I get where you are coming from with “What do I read now”.

My sincere hope is the site is not just back but returns to some of the former quality and insight that made it a an outsized-pop culture staple. Frankly the site had been in decline for years before its shuttering. I don’t mean to shit on you or any other writers who, I gather, have been working under less-than-ideal…

That would be my take on it considering the fallout but this article is just a mess explaining what happened by trying to draw some parallel to something that happened on an old Ellen show.

I tend to think an invite was sent but Harry  has decided that anything that does not arrive in his preferred manner does not count. 

I know hating on Chris Pratt is the internet’s pastime, but it’s worth noting that the article explicitly mentions that Pratt does most of the cooking in their home. So I don’t get the whole “thoughts and prayers” bit.
