Yeah - it’s kind of weird that this piece is acting like it’s a shameful secret when they literally made a whole-ass episode about this exact subject. It’s like the writer of the piece never watched the show or something.

This is a very weird thing to bitch about. Are we now all suddenly anti-woke at Jez or something? This is how diversity hiring practices are supposed to work and worked ideally by giving an enormous talent their big break.

Wait, isn’t this how diversity initiatives are SUPPOSED to work? He was given an opportunity that he might have been otherwise passed over for, and it opened doors for him to become immensely successful. Is Jezebel against diversity initiatives now?

Due diligence on the subject could have also avoided the headline for the article itself since they said they weren’t going to do the traditional mug shot/fingerprinting for him when he surrenders.

I only know about who Pete is dating from this website. Y'all  don't have to write about him at all you know. 

Ariana was the one who initiated the relationship with Pete. She met him on SNL and later had her manager give him her number. She was the one always grabbing at him, leaning on him and posing when pictures were snapped. He looked uncomfortable. Kate Beckinsale was seen flirting heavily with Pete at the Golden Globes.…

Certainly none of these women, especially the press shy Kim Kardashian, could be responsible for the paps. It must be Pete, who you refer to as a “schmuck”. JFC, this site just continues to crater to new depths every week. And I’m not even a Davidson fan, but holy hell.

Plus I don’t know about in the early going, but it seems to me most of the more recent relationships are the result of women reaching out to him.  Kardashian in particular said she just wanted to hook up with the guy.  

Pete isn’t chasing clout, he’s buried under an avalanche of it emanating from the women he’s dated.

Is that him setting up the paparazzi, or the more famous women doing it to show off their boy toy? Nothing about his behavior indicates it’s him. On the other hand, many of those women stars have repeatedly publicized their flings and relationships.
