I really have its elderly first owner to thank for the condition it’s in. When I bought it in the summer of 2009, it had done just 90k km’s, had double seat covers - lambskin on top of vinyl - and was generally spotless. It’s now at 165k.
Because I like it, it’s fun and easy to work on, and I’ll likely never find another one like it because they all died years ago.
