It's not that bad when you get used to it. My original complaint was a lot of stuff didn't work... Now it's mostly fixed except a few funky commenting issues.

Should have gone with HTC. Neither my HTC Hero, my dad's HTC Hero, my HTC Evo, or my HTC Hero after I gave it to my sister has ever stopped working.
